Warranty Duration
✔️ The warranty duration depends on the product type and manufacturer and begins from the purchase date listed on the original Abeer Al-Samaa invoice.
✔️ The warranty period is clearly stated on the invoice or the attached warranty card.
What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects that occur during normal use.
Technical malfunctions not caused by external interference or misuse.
System or operational issues related to manufacturing.
If the issue meets the warranty conditions, one of the following will apply:
✔️ Free repair using original spare parts
✔️ Replacement with a new or equivalent product
✔️ Compensation according to the item’s value at the time of return
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Any damage resulting from drops, liquids, moisture, or physical impact
Malfunctions caused by unauthorized installation or servicing
Removal or damage to the serial number label or warranty card
Software or personal data stored on the devices
Non-original or complimentary accessories included in some offers
Warranty Service Conditions
Presenting the original purchase invoice is required.
The device will undergo an initial inspection to determine the nature of the issue before making a decision.
Repair time varies depending on the issue and may take between 3 to 14 business days.
